Use the Quilling Fringer to cut fringes into your quilling paper to create beautiful paper flowers.
Carefully push the quilling strip, 6 to 9mm wide, through the Quilling Fringer device; the lever movement will cut lots of small fringes into the paper. Press the lever carefully and evenly several times. Regulate the distance between the fringes with the wheel on the edge, distance between the fringes approx. 0.5mm -1mm. IMPORTANT: Place the paper strip against the side of the instrument so that the strip is not cut.
Roll up the punched paper strips and glue the ends together. Unfold the fringes and create a fringed flower, for example.
You will also need the following materials: paper/ quilling strips, quilling pen, paper glue, paper scissors, quilling mat.
