Casting powder "Raysin 200", extra strong, 1kg, white

High strength of 200N/ mm² - is particularly suitable for larger objects such as figures, decorative tiles, bowls etc.

Casting powder "Raysin 200" is air-hardening, odorless and food-neutral and consists of purely natural calcium sulphate, which is why the casting powder is harmless and therefore also ideal for casting with children. In addition, Raysin is very easy to demould, as the casting compound contracts a little when it dries.

Suitable for moulds out of plastics (PET, LDPE etc.), latex, synthetic rubber, silicone.
Mixing ratio of water and powder is 1:3,5.
Example: 115 ml water + 400 g powder = 260 ml.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) Rinse out the mould and place it evenly. Sprinkle the powder uniformly into the water and stir it well about 1 min.
2) Fill the mould quickly and uniformly with the casting compound.
3) The part can be removed from the mould after about 30 min.
4) After the complete drying (depending on the shape, about 2-8 days), the moulded part can be further processed.
